Let’s get active, Titans! Whether you’re already a seasoned athlete or just thinking of embarking on a new exercise routine, this workshop will help you pair your fitness plan with optimal nutrition for peak performance. Meet our certified Peer Health Educators and create your nutrition action plan! We’ll discuss:

  • Protein and macronutrient balance
  • Timing meals and snacks around physical activity
  • Strategies for optimal hydration
  • Quick and easy sample meals
  • Supplements and ergogenic aids
  • Nutrition needs for strength versus endurance activities
  • Top ways to get active with no time or money

Workshop includes interactive lecture, competition-style game, and giveaway or opportunity drawing. Free lunch is provided as you assemble your Performance Plate in partnership with The Gastronome. Fitness has never tasted this good!

Restrictions

Check-in will begin 15 minutes before the workshop start time. Please plan to arrive early to get settled. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the presentation start time, you will NOT be admitted to the workshop.

If you need to cancel your RSVP, please submit a refund request at least 24 hours before the workshop so that we can open up your slot for another eager student on our wait list.
