Is fitness your forte? Or, do you dread working out? Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, casual exerciser, or habitual couch potato, our Sports & Exercise Nutrition workshop is for you! Learn to refuelrebuild, and rehydrate (and, of course, receive a complimentary meal, on us). Topics will include:

  • Calorie guidelines for bulking, cutting, and maintenance
  • Carbohydrate, fat, and protein (macro) needs
  • Building a performance plate
  • Sample meal and snack ideas
  • How to fuel up before, during, and after activity
  • Hydration and supplements—sports drinks, BCAAs, creatine, protein & pre-workout powders, and more
  • Healthy physical activity ideas for busy students

And yes—free lunch is provided! As the old saying goes, “a journey of 10,000 steps begins with a single…meal!"


Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the presentation start time to settle in, grab some free food, and prepare for exciting nutrition knowledge ahead!
