We'll discuss:

- Meal timing guidelines and planning tips
- Portion sizing
- Fact versus fiction: macro edition (carbohydrates, fats, and protein)
- Hot topics like fiber, added sugar, and omega-3s
- Considerations for special diets, including vegetarian/vegan
